Processing personal information
TOPdesk will process all personal information that we either collect or receive from you with the utmost care and confidentiality. All information is processed in accordance with the Dutch Data Protection Act.
TOPdesk subscribes to the Recruitment code of the Dutch Association for Personnel Management and Organisational Development (NVP).
How do we acquire your information?
TOPdesk acquires information in several ways. Any information submitted by you to our website will be stored. We also collect data through Google Analytics and AdWords.
Submitted to the website
We save all the information that you submit to our website.
Collected by Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track our visitor rate. The data that we acquire, such as your PC’s IP address, will be transferred over to Google and stored on servers such as those in the U.S.A. Google potentially distributes this data to third parties either due to legal obligation or for external processing of the data. We have control over this process.
Collected by Google AdWords
Google AdWords enables us to collect statistical data concerning our advertisement campaigns in Google. The goal is to determine how many clicks on the advertisements convert in the request for more information. For Google AdWords also applies that we only use this data for statistical analysis and that we will never focus on a particular person.
How do we use your information?
Your personal information is processed by us and used to maintain current relations. By making a request on our website, you give us permission to contact you for commercial purposes.
Inspection, correction and opting out
By filing a written request, TOPdesk can give you insight into your personal information stored by us. Is any of the information incorrect? With a written request TOPdesk will be able to adjust or remove the information. You can also inform us with a written request if you no longer wish to be contacted by us.
